Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
We are only shipping to India at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for Indian addresses only. We normally ship within 48-72 hours of receiving your order. If we are out of stock on a particular soap, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final and we have a NO EXCHANGE, NO RETURN, NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND policy.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. Please check the quantity of your purchased products upon delivery and notify us , within 2 days, if any products are incorrectly supplied . If you received the wrong order send us an email immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we cannot accept it for return or refund. Our bath and body care products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns.
Please note that because our products are handmade, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.
